Hello! My name is Henry Langton. I began meditating in 2013 as part of a university course called ‘Great Contemplative Traditions of Asia’. Four years later, I graduated from Brown University with a degree in Contemplative Studies, having spent those years studying ancient contemplative traditions, such as Buddhism and Daoism, and the modern day research into the mechanisms and outcomes of contemplative practices in neuroscience and psychology courses.

On returning to England, I spent some time figuring out how best to apply my new degree. I settled on teaching, and so took a course to get qualified with the British School of Meditation. Click here to find out what to expect from my classes.
In June 2018, I qualified as a UKCC England Hockey Sessional Coach and am currently working at Ipswich Seven Hockey Club. I offer sports specific meditation sessions and hockey coaching. Please check here for more details.

Meditation is a safe and clinically-tested technique for dealing with multiple physical and mental health issues.
